Yogyakarta Relax Tour

Day 1 Arrive in Yogyakarta
Upon your arrival at Yogya airport or railway station, we are ready to meet you and bring you to your accommodation in Yogyakarta.

Day 2 Borobudur Yogyakarta city tour
After your breakfast, depart to Magelang district to visit the magnificent Borobudur temple, built with 60.000 m3 of stones in the 8th century. Follow the life of the founder of Buddhism (Sidarta Gautama) carved on the walls. Two other small temples, Pawon and Mendut, both related to Borobudur, will be visit afterwards. After that, we proceed to Yogyakarta again to visit the Sultan's Palace of Yogyakarta.

Day 3 Prambanan temple tour
The Prambanan Temple is the first option in this morning to visit, to enjoy the beauty of the highest Hindu temple in Indonesia. Follow the famous story of the Ramayana epos, beautifully carved on the walls. This temple is also known as the Rara Jonggrang temple, according to an ancient legend. Staying around in Yogyakarta town, Kota Gede as the centre of silver is a good option to visit. There you can see talented hands busy making silver handicrafts.

Day 4 Yogyakarta free program
Free for your own program. It is an option for you to have a walk over Malioboro Street. You can depart from your accommodation by becak (three wheels cycle taxi) or by andong (traditional vehicle carried by horse/s). Other options could be a visit to the Paku Alaman, the 17th century Water Palace. Ask us for many more suggestions.

Day 5 Transfer out
Free program until your departure for your next destination. We will pick you up and bring you to airport or train station in Yogyakarta
