Toraja Mamasa Tour
Day 1 Arrive – Pare-pare
Upon arrival at Hasanuddin airport meeting service then city tour in Ujungpandang, visiting Paotere Harbour, Clara Bund Orchid Garden and the Famous Fort Rotterdam. Lunch at the Chinese Restaurant then proceed on two hours trip to Pare-pare. Check-in at Bukit Indah Hotel.
Day 2 Pare-pare – Mamasa
After breakfast, proceed to Mamasa. First trough the coast till Polewali, where we stop for lunch. Continue the last 90 kms trough winding mountain road to Mamasa. This region also called as West Toraja due to the similarity of language, culture, life style, etc. only least visited and more Primitive. Upon arrival check-in at Matana Lodge.
Day 3 Mamasa Tour
Full day visiting interesting object such as traditional grave of Tedong-tedong Minanga, 200 years. Old traditional house at Rambu Saratu, traditional weaving, hot spring, etc. Afternoon, return to Matana lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4 Mamasa – Tana Toraja
After breakfast, drive to Polewali where we stop for lunch. Continue to Rantepao Tana Toraja via Enrekang. Coffee stop at Bambapuang and upon arrival in Rantepao, check – in at Hotel Torsina.
Day 5 Tana Toraja Tour
After breakfast, visiting all interesting objects in this beautiful land. Visit Rock cliff face grave of Lemo, Catacomb in Londa, tradtional house in Kete Kesu, Nanggala, Pallawa, etc. Afternoon, Return to Torsina Hotel
Day 6 Tana Toraja Tour
After breakfast visit any events such as market day, funeral ceremony, house ceremony or Wedding ceremony. Your guide will inform you on any events available. Afternoon, return to Hotel Torsina.
Day 7 Tana Toraja – Ujungpandang
Early breakfast then return to Ujungpandang airport to fly into your next destination. We will make several photo stops and lunch break at seafood restaurant in Pare-pare. Upon arrival at the airport check-in for your next destination.
