The paddy surrounding the Joglo is a living farm that is share-cropped and produces three harvests a year. The ecological cycle of this paddy unfolds daily and is eternally fascinating. From the water buffalo that move in to squash in the rice stalks to the flares at night of the local villagers as they hunt for eels.

We offer the real touch of Indonesia.
